Cody Whitfill
Lead Pastor
Pastor Cody founded River Valley with a heart for the unchurched and the dechurched – the people who gave up on church but never gave up on God. He’s a straight-talking pastor who believes Sunday should be the best hour of your week.
Michael Murphy (Murph)
Executive Pastor
Murph keeps the engine running so the rest of us can focus on ministry. He’s the guy behind the scenes making sure everything from Sunday mornings to long-term strategy actually happens.
Sandi Ehresman
Executive Director of Administration and Finance
Sandi is a steady, behind-the-scenes leader who brings clarity and order to the daily work of ministry. She keeps priorities aligned, operations moving forward, and oversees the church’s administrative and financial processes
Lauren Lindauer
Children’s Pastor / Comms Director
Lauren wears two hats and rocks both of them. She leads RVC Kids – creating safe, fun, faith-filled environments from nursery through 6th grade – and she’s the creative force behind how River Valley shows up online.
Austin Roots
Student Pastor
Austin leads RVC Students and pours into the next generation every single week. He’s the kind of leader who makes middle schoolers and high schoolers actually want to show up on Wednesday nights.
Jamie Ehresman
Groups and Care Pastor / Operations
Jamie leads our groups ministry and keeps the operational side of River Valley humming. He’s the guy who helps people stop being anonymous and start being known.
Becca Beard
Connect and Serve Coordinator
Becca is the person who makes sure nobody slips through the cracks. First-time guest? She’s got you. Looking to serve? She’ll connect you. She’s all about helping people find their place at River Valley.
Robin Tinsley
Early Childhood Director
Robin leads our nursery and early childhood rooms with the kind of care that puts parents at ease. Your littlest ones are in the best hands – background-checked, trained, and genuinely excited to love on your kids every Sunday.
Sheri Wallace
Curriculum Coordinator
Sheri makes sure our children’s ministries have the right content for every age group every week. She’s the one connecting great Bible teaching to the hands of our volunteer leaders so every kid gets the message in a way that sticks.
Justin Watts
Production Coordinator
Justin runs sound, lights, and everything technical on Sunday mornings. He’s the reason the experience feels seamless – and the reason you can hear the sermon in the back row just as clearly as the front.
Rachelle Dunn
Financial Administrator
Rachelle handles the financial side of things so our resources go exactly where they should – reaching, helping, connecting people to Jesus. She keeps us accountable and transparent with every dollar.
Theresa Griffith
Office Admin
Theresa keeps the office running and the details handled. She’s one of those people who makes everyone feel welcome the moment they walk through our doors – whether it’s your first time or your hundredth.
Joanne Gwin
Custodian
Joanne keeps our campus clean, welcoming, and ready for every service and event. She serves with a servant’s heart – and this church wouldn’t look or feel the way it does without her.
