River Valley Christian Fellowship (“RVCF”) is dedicated to protecting your privacy. A. Collection & Use

River Valley maintains safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, and privacy of the information we collect. Personally identifiable information, such as names, addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, or payment information, is collected only when knowingly submitted. We may use this information to provide updates, event information, resources, and personal contact.

By providing personal data, you consent to its collection, use, and processing. You may opt out at any time by emailing us at admin@myrivervalley.church.

RVCF may also collect non-personal information, such as online traffic patterns and other related data, including IP addresses, browser information, the configuration used, pages visited, time of visit, and source of a request. This information helps us improve the design, layout, and functionality of our websites, mobile applications, and social media.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small data files stored by your browser. Some cookies are necessary for the site to work properly. B. Partners & Security

River Valley does not sell, trade, or rent personally identifiable information to unaffiliated third parties. However, we may share your personal information with trusted technology partners who help operate our website, mobile applications, and other services, provided these parties agree to maintain confidentiality and use the information solely to assist RVCF. Our partners use industry-standard security measures.

RVCF may share non-personal data with partners for purposes such as statistical analysis, email and text communications, postal mail, and other administrative tasks.

Analytics and advertising partners. We use the following services to understand how people use our website and to share information about River Valley with our community. These partners may set their own cookies or use similar technologies, and they handle data according to their own privacy policies.

  • Google Analytics and Google Ads. These measure site traffic and the performance of our online ads, including ads we run through the Google Ad Grants program for nonprofits.   • Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising. These capture how you interact with our site through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay, and support our advertising. C. SMS Terms & Conditions

River Valley Church provides informational messages via SMS. Recurring messages may be sent, and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop, HELP for info, or email us at admin@myrivervalley.church. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy — RVCF respects your privacy and will not share or use your mobile number for other purposes. We will only use the information you provide to send text messages. However, we reserve the right to disclose information as needed to comply with laws, avoid liability, or protect our rights. By providing information, you agree it is accurate and complete. RVC may refuse access to the service and pursue legal action if information provided is misleading or inaccurate.

D. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act Compliance

Our website, products, and services are intended for individuals 13 years or older. We do not collect information from children under 13. Should we create content directed at those under 13, it will comply with COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act).

E. Links to Third-Party Websites

The River Valley website, blog, and social media pages may link to external websites. RVCF is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these third-party sites. Please review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

Social Media — We may use your data to run social media advertisements or create look-alike audiences. We may also use tools like Facebook pixels to support advertising campaigns.

River Valley reviews its privacy and data usage policies periodically and reserves the right to modify or remove portions of this statement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent message on our website.
